All our products are handcrafted, natural, and free from preservatives or chemicals. Slight variations in color or texture are normal and reflect our traditional process.

2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours.

3. Delivery Timeline
We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Locations
Currently, we deliver across India. Remote locations may require additional time.

5. Payment
Payment is currently accepted via UPI or bank transfer. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

6. Returns & Cancellations
As our products are perishable and handmade, returns are not accepted once shipped.
Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of placing the order.
